Want to learn the ins and outs of getting meat animals to market? Join us for our four-part series “Raising the Steaks… and Chops!”
We are covering all the bases with specialists for marketing, animal health, nutrition, and meat grading. Additionally, on March 14th we are inviting local farmers in the direct market business to speak about their experience in the industry. Finishing strong in the last session will be an exclusive tour of Trackside Butcher Shoppe in Campbellsburg!
